Prof. Ephraim Bar-Yishay: Israeli Opinion Leader Visit to Sunvou Headquarters

“Leading Breath Diagnostics Expert Visits Sunvou, Praises Breakthrough Innovations in Respiratory Care”

Following recent visits from international leaders such as Professor Arzu Yorgancioglu (WHO GARD and GINA), Professor Laura Gochicoa (GLI), and Professor Ian Adcock (EAACI & Imperial College London), Professor Ephraim Bar Yishay—a leading expert in exhaled breath diagnostics from Ben-Gurion University and former Mayo Clinic researcher—visited Sunvou Medical headquarters, overcoming the challenges of travel restrictions from conflict zones.

This visit marks another step forward in Sunvou Medical’s growing collaboration with top global experts and strengthens its momentum in innovating and promoting respiratory disease diagnostics worldwide.

During his visit, Professor Bar Yishay engaged in in-depth discussions on Sunvou’s development, recent technological breakthroughs, and strategic direction. He explored Sunvou’s latest milestone: the world’s first 7-gas exhaled breath analyzer. He praised the system’s precision and intelligence, especially its pioneering multi-molecule, multi-airway detection capabilities—which directly address clinical challenges and support more accurate diagnoses of respiratory and gastrointestinal conditions.

He also showed strong interest in Sunvou’s upcoming home-use device for chronic airway disease monitoring. He noted its potential to improve outpatient care and support long-term disease management—highlighting both its clinical relevance and broader societal impact. He intends to introduce this technology into his own academic teaching.

This visit not only showcased Sunvou’s technological leadership in breath diagnostics but also deepened its partnerships with the global medical community. Committed to continued innovation, Sunvou Medical aims to drive forward the future of respiratory health and contribute meaningfully to global well-being.
