ABOUT US

Sunvou Medical was founded in 2008 as an innovation-driven company dedicated to developing molecular diagnosis solutions for biomarkers detected in human breath. From the beginning, the company focused on advancing breath analysis technologies to support more precise and accessible medical diagnostics. The founding team includes former scientists and engineers from NASA, Honeywell, CISCO, and Huawei, together with graduates from leading academic institutions such as MIT and the University of California, Berkeley. Their combined scientific, engineering, and technological expertise has shaped the company’s research direction and product development.

Today, Sunvou employs around 160 people and continues to expand its capabilities in breath molecular diagnostics. The company holds the largest number of patents in this field and offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of breath testing products available. Its portfolio includes analyzers for NO, CO, H2S, H2, and CH4, along with innovative sampling techniques designed to enable testing across all age groups.

Sunvou’s strong reputation is supported by excellent product quality, dedicated customer care, and more than 400 peer-reviewed publications in international journals. To date, Sunvou has sold its products to more than 20 countries across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The company has installed over 4,000 devices in hospitals and supported the completion of more than 15 million cumulative clinical tests.
